Tony Perez

Tony has been involved with Real Estate and The Dave Clark Team since as long as he can remember. As the son of Seller & Buyer Specialist Joanne Romain, Tony has been attending Open Houses, going to vendor appointments, putting out signs, and even staging properties from the time he was a toddler. Before officially joining The Dave Clark Team, Tony was a Barista at Open Houses, fueling visitors’ energy and joining them in admiring the unique layouts and details of each home. Now an integral part of the team, Tony loves connecting with people, helping families, and spreading positivity. He particularly loves the unique and fast-pace environment of Bay Area Real Estate and knows that pressure is what changes ordinary moments into extraordinary opportunities, like diamonds forged under immense heat! Tony grew up in San Jose and graduated Cum Laude from San Jose State University where a highlight was making it to the Finalist Showcase of the 2022 Silicon Valley Innovation Challenge! Tony’s favorite part of growing up in the Bay Area was being emersed in the area’s rich Hip-Hop culture and taking advantage of the area’s diversity, a true melting pot of food, art, and music. Now, between showings and listing preparation meetings, Tony fills his time by going to San Jose Sharks games, rooting on the Golden State Warriors, and fishing, which is the best teacher of patience. Tony’s passion is to take care of clients and loves that his reward is to see them happy!
